Our class consists of 1 - 8 students. This benefits our students as they receive more individual training and feel more comfortable to contribute to the discussions during class. We encourage our students to share their experiences, their thoughts and feelings.
We offer fully registered courses in:
- Automotive Service Advisor Program
- Customer Service Representative Program
You may be eligible for funding if you fit into one of these categories.
- Unemployed (working less than an average of 20 hours/week) and a current or previous Employment Insurance (EI) recipient
- Unemployed and receiving or eligible for Provincial Income Assistance Benefits
- A lower Income Individual or family
- WCB Recipient
Need to train your staff?
whether it's the Positive Attitude Course to help you work with fellow employees or how to deal with Irate Customers, you will learn or refresh your professional knowledge in dealing with customers.
Our full course will help in every aspect of Customer Service Advising. You will gain the skills to work with customers in the service industry and earn above average income.
Have your own business, need a bookkeeper or need to learn how to keep your books, we offer Bookkeeping with QuickBooks or Simply Accounting training.

| A Little About Our Owner |

Lorie Gregorchuk is our professional instructor for the Customer Service Advisor Consultant Program, Customer Service Courses, the Bookkeeping Course and all the computer courses. Lorie is the president of the company and has been an entrepreneur for most of her life. She's always trying to find ways to improve customer service no matter where she's working. A.S.A.P. has been in business since 2006 and is always updating and adding new courses.
Lorie has over 20 years experience in customer service, delivering quality customer service in a variety of customer service settings, such as Toyota, Honda, Ford Mercury, Wal-Mart and Revenue Canada and is highly experienced in customer service management.
Lorie has won several awards of distinction including:
- Customer Care Leadership Award recognized from Honda Canada
- National Advisory Skills Award from Toyota Canada
Lorie, our Bookkeeping Instructor, has many years practical experience in Bookkeeping starting from 1986. She has trained bookkeeping to small business owners, and also provides bookkeeping services for a variety of industries as well as payroll services for up to 25 employees.
Her training started with the Small Business Management Program delivered through Manitoba Business and Tourism Development. She went on to Red River Community College where she received a certificate in Entrepreneurship which included an intense program on Simply Accounting and Bookkeeping in 1997. From there she continued her education in the Self Employment Program with Meyers, Norris and Penny in 2006. more She received additional training with SEED Winnipeg, studying the Métis Build a Business Program, adapted it to assist Rural Manitoba Métis Individuals and assisted in delivering the Program.
Lorie has taken courses and received certificates in Business Computer Skills and has been graded at a 98% average.
Lorie is dedicated to her students and committed to their success. She loves working with people to help them succeed in the industry they desire. |
